These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of travel services, including tours, transportation, accommodation, and related services.
By booking with us or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of Agreement
This Agreement shall govern the terms of our services (either provided offline or online through our website, including but not limited to; all applications, software, and other collective “Services”) provided by the company, except to the extent such Services are the subject of a separate agreement. Specific terms or agreements may apply to the use of certain Services and other items provided to you by the company. Such specific terms of agreement(s) shall hereinafter be referred to as “Service Agreement(s)”. Any such Service Agreements accompany the applicable Services or are listed in association with or through a hyperlink associated with the applicable Services.

All content published on the Company’s website, promotional materials, itineraries, tour programs, digital brochures, pricing structures, photographs, videos, branding elements, logos, graphics, and written descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of Blue Delta Travel Co., Ltd.
The content of this website, including text, images, graphics, videos, logos, itineraries, and downloadable materials (collectively, the “Content”), is intended for your personal, non-commercial use, except when used for purchasing our services or products. You may download or copy Content solely for personal reference. No ownership, license, or intellectual property rights are transferred to you by any such download or copy.
Payment Terms
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required upon booking.
Balance: Full payment must be received no later than 30 days prior to arrival
For bookings made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required within 24 hours of confirmation.
All bank charges, currency exchange fees, and international transfer costs are borne by the client.
Cancellation Policy
30+ days before arrival: 20% of the deposit
15–29 days: 50% of total booking
7–14 days: 75% of total booking
Less than 7 days or No-Show: 100% of total booking
Amendment
Amendments are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
Modify itineraries for operational or safety reasons
Substitute equivalent services
Cancel tours due to insufficient participation (if applicable)
Limitation of Liability
Blue Delta Travel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising directly or indirectly from any act, omission, or event beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts or omissions of third-party service providers, force majeure events, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or medical emergencies. Where the Company acts solely as an intermediary for airlines, hotels, transport operators, boat services, or other suppliers, its responsibility is limited to exercising reasonable care in the selection and coordination of such providers. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, or emotional distress. We strongly recommend participants to obtain travel insurance which covers medical evacuation, trip cancellation and personal liability.
Reference to Other Policies
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and any other policies or notices published on the website from time to time, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of the website, these Terms and Conditions, or related policies at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective upon publication on the website, and continued use of the website or our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.
